Marrakech Balloon Adventure

Try something different during your stay in Marrakech and take a relaxing flight up in the sky in a hot air balloon looking over the breath taking views of the Imperial Red city, fly over the wide open tranquil Marrakech while travelling through the sky in a relaxed and peaceful manner. This fantastic activity is available to any one with a sense of adventure and an interest in the magnificent culture that Morocco has to offer.

Itinerary

Normal flight - VIP flight (with champagne) - VIP flight (Champagne + Exclusivity)

• Early morning pick up from hotel in Marrakech around 05:00 or 06:00 (depending on season) and 45 minute drive through the countryside to the launch site
• Watch the launch team prepare the balloon for departure; full safety briefing
• Fly 15-25 kms, one hour balloon flight (depending on the wind speed) taking you over a local villages
• After a gradual descent you will be taken to the village to visit a Berber family for mint tea and home baked bread
• Return by off-road tracks and Arrive back at your Marrakech hotel / riad around midday

• Available daily from October to May
• Start Times: Between 5.30 am or 6.30 am
• Duration: Approx 5 - 6 hours including 1 hour flight time

• Sunscreen, Sunglasses, Camera, Casual clothes

Additional informations

• Services of an experienced, qualified pilot
• You may share the balloon basket with other people, unless you choose the exclusivity option
• Children aged 2-10 years are 50 % off and over 10 years old full cost
• If your flight is cancelled due to weather and you are unable to reschedule to another date you will be refunded in full for this experience.
• Incentive groups or for flights from other Moroccan cities are available upon request
