Terms & Conditions

Please kindly read these terms and conditions carefully. On booking online or signing our booking form when making reservation over the phone or by email, you are deemed to have read and accepted our booking conditions, and you are accepting the terms of these conditions on behalf of all persons in the party.

Medical Responsibility

It is your responsibility to determine whether the tour you choose is suited to your physical condition. You are responsible for the cost of any medicines or medical care you may require during the trip for any reason. Please make sure you have adequate personal medical insurance to meet any medical emergency which might arise. Please check with your medical insurer for details. In the event of a medical emergency, we will make every effort to assist you in obtaining necessary care and, if necessary, assist you in making arrangements to transfer funds from home to pay for it. Also, please tell us if you suffer from any allergies or other physical conditions which might affect you during the tour. Finally, please check with your doctor to find out what inoculations may be recommended for the areas you will be visiting. It is your responsibility to obtain all necessary inoculations. Tour members would be held responsible for being in good health to undertake the tour.

Insurance

Voyage to Morocco strongly recommend, for your own protection, that you and all members of your party take a suitable short term traveller's insurance policy to cover baggage loss, accidents, medical emergencies, trip cancellations and the cost of assistance, including repatriation, in the event of an accident or illness while you are abroad and it is your responsibility to ensure the insurance you purchase is suitable and adequate for your particular needs. Any resulting consequence of not having this insurance is the sole responsibility of the client.

Baggage

we will not take the financial responsibility of your excess baggage. In any and all cases, any excess baggage that you carry will remain your responsibility. You will have to limit yourself as per normal baggage policy of the airlines in the respective class that you have chosen to fly. Voyage to Morocco is also not answerable for any loss of baggage by the airlines. You are requested to refer to the baggage rules of the individual airlines that you plan to fly with.

Reservation & Payment

Reservations should be made a minimum of 60 days prior to departure. Within 10 days from tour confirmation by Voyage to Morocco a 30% per person, non-refundable deposit is due in order to consider your reservation firm.
Once your itinerary has been agreed we will send you an email with the necessary bank information. By using this method, the client acknowledges that the bank transfer may take up to 15 days and that confirmation will only be accepted when payment is received.

Final Payment

Final payment is due 30 days in advance of the tour. These payments are due in our office or submitted online 45 days prior to the departure date. If reservations are made less than 45 days prior to departure, payment in full is required at the time of booking. If final payments are not received on time, we may cancel the reservation and invoke the cancellation fee.

Payment will be settled through our bank account at least 30 days before arrival.

Method of Payment

we are happy to accept your payment by PayPal, wire transfer, certified bank check or cash.
If express document shipment is required due to late payment, the expense shall be borne by the traveller.

Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

Travellers holding confirmation of a tour or program may request a change of dates or even of escorted tour or program. There will be an extra charge if such change is previously accepted by Voyage to Morocco.

• You may add extra members to your party at any time, providing there is space available. In such cases you will be required to send deposits equivalent to those already paid.
• If you wish to change your booking in some other way after we have issued your confirmation we will do our best to comply with your wishes, we can not always guarantee that this will be possible.

If you cancel your booking, the following applies:

• If notification occurs after payment of deposit but 5 weeks before tour commencement, 60% of your tour cost will be refunded
• If notification occurs between 4 weeks and 3 weeks before tour commencement, 40% of your tour cost will be refunded
• If notification occurs between 3 weeks and 1 week before tour commencement, 10% of your tour cost will be refunded.
• If notification occurs 1 week or less before tour commencement, 0% of your tour cost will be refunded.

Cancellations must be received in writing by Voyage to Morocco

Confirmation

All confirmations are generally confirmed by return fax or e-mail within 1 working day. In case immediate confirmation is not possible, we will inform you of the booking status at the time of reservation.

Late Arrival

Voyage to Morocco if due to a delay or cancellation of any flight the travellers are not able to join the tour in due time, it will be their responsibility to pay for extra expenses, e.g. transportation to the next city to join such tour. Will not be responsible and all claims regarding this matter will be addressed to the transportation company: airline. etc.

It is the traveler’s responsibility to make sure that all flights coincide with the trip itinerary. VoyagetoMorocco is not responsible for any forfeiture that results due to your inability to obtain airline tickets that allow you participate on a reserved trip, nor for any airline penalties or fees resulting from changes or trip cancellation once tickets have been issued.

Please note that if a tour must be extended or an itinerary modified due to weather, strikes, traffic control, medical emergency or other causes beyond our control, the associated costs including any non-recoverable costs are not included in the trip rates or refunds. In such circumstances, it is the traveler’s responsibility to pay directly for actual extra costs (e.g. food, transport, accommodations).
